Hoppy Dreams Blend - Our original herbal blend, this sachet enhances relaxation, induces sleep, and even promotes dreaming. Providing an "earthier" scent, it contains lavender, jasmine, lemongrass, chamomile, rose petals, hops and mugwort. If you like scents such as myrrh, frankincense and patchouli, then this Hoppy Dreams scent is likely the one for you.
Sweet Dreams Blend - With the Sweet Dreams Blend, we've listened to our scent sensitive friends and created a sachet that provides a more floral scent while still lulling you into a deep, restful sleep. We’ve left out the hops and mugwort (which provide the "earthy" smell in the original Hoppy Dreams blend) and concentrated on lavender, jasmine, lemongrass, chamomile and rose petals.
